It’s just amazing how this thing can come running up to the camera and state the opposite of reality with such wide eyed, demented enthusiasm. This is not normal, being able to lie like this. Normal humans have an entire brain and aren’t capable of this level of reptilian deception. “We have a monopoly on truth!” Also “turns out your son is a girl and needs plastic surgery to become a girl which he already is! He needs to cut off his male parts even though I already said he was a girl which would make them female parts but we kind of have a thing for mutilating genitals in my tribe so shut up transphobic barbarian!”

You seem unfamiliar with what I’m talking about. What i mean is that among jews, there is a current of thought which is radically anti nation, anti roots, anti particularisms, anti traditions, anti borders, etc. For those people, the jews have a responsability to bring that light of ultra universalism to the world. Thus, people who believe in that ideology can be anti-zionist because they find nations, borders and armies shameful so they oppose them for jews too.

1 I’d say that jews like him are actually very proud of a long jewish tradition of leftist, universalist ideology. He just has not much respect for the roots and traditions of non jews. For him they’re just false gods to be smashed. Part of that tradition is the belief that jews have some kind of special duty to heal the world. It’s called tikkun olam. It’s ethnocentric arrogance but different from zionism. Very different.

Jews comes from the name of the tribe of judah, that lived in judea along with maybe another tribe ( benjamin? I dont recall).
The jews of today are absolutely not pure judaites, but they do have ancient judaite ancestry. Most studies I’ve seen say that modern jews are like half ancient jew and half mediterranean (various types).
The hebrews were the larger group that the tribe of judah belonged to. By the time of the romans the non judaite hebrews had disappeared as a nation.

i became fully aware of this man thru this clip, although i had heard of him for his work related to programming. I then read a bit more about him and this clip sounds compatible with his worldview as i perceive it. he’s typical of a certain kind of jew who sees jews as the moral vanguard of humanity and who dont hesitate to criticize jews for not being moral enough. The prophets did that too after all so it’s not something new for jews. He’s following a tradition

He criticizes judaism because it’s not universal enough, not antiracist enough, not progressive enough, too theistic etc. Notice that he’s an ATHEIST yet has no problem calling himself a jew so i hope it shows some people that being a jew is not just a question of “faith”.
